Pastor Lloyd Johnson grew up in the sunny state of Florida, receiving his Bachelors degree from the University of Florida. After his conversion in 1981, he ministered in various roles in local churches, including a brief career in Christian Education. In 1987, the Lord called him to Southern California to study at the Master’s Seminary, where he received his Master of Divinity degree. Lloyd and his lovely wife, Ronna, were married in 1988 and have six daughters and two sons. In November of 1990, the fellowship of Twin Cities Bible Church called him to be its pastor, where he continues to faithfully serve the Lord.

Jim Seifert is a Twin Cities native and has served as an Elder at Twin Cities Bible Church for the past 13 years. He has received comprehensive training from Growing Families International, as well as instruction in Biblical counseling. Jim oversees the pre-marriage, marriage, and family counseling at the church. In addition, he leads the Senior High Youth ministry and has recently taken over the music ministry. Aside from his ministry in the church, Jim works full time in sales and marketing for Midwest Diesel. He and his faithful wife, Teresa, have raised 3 children, who also attend Twin Cities Bible church. Jim and Teresa now reside in Afton, MN.

Jim Seifert is a Twin Cities native and has served as an Elder at Twin Cities Bible Church for the past 13 years. Chris Drager was born and raised in St. Paul, MN and lives in his home town with his wife Emily. He was saved in 1988 at the age of 17 and has been a member of TCBC since 1992. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and a Master of Divinity in which he specialized in Old Testament history and linguistics. Chris is currently the College and Career leader at TCBC and teaches regularly on Wednesday evenings. He has also preached at TCBC and regularly plays harmonica at church with The Grace Five (a TCBC acoustic group). Chris is currently completing a Master of Arts in Teaching and is the high school history teacher for Liberty Classical Academy in Maplewood, MN.

Jeff Buck serves as a deacon at Twin Cities Bible Church. He was saved December of 2002 and has been a member of TCBC since 2004. He enjoys teaching the junior high Sunday school class as well as assisting with Wednesday night devotionals. Jeff received his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from North Dakota State University in 2000. He is currently employed at Sterling Automation in Maple Grove. Jeff and his wife, Shawna, have been married 4 years and live in Crystal, MN. Their first child, John, was born in January of 2008.

Todd Dobosenski was born in Cloquet, Minnesota and has been a member of TCBC since 1992. Todd and his wife, Sue, have been married for 29 years and live in North Saint Paul with their adult son, Corey. Todd has a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, and is a supervisor for the United States Postal Service where he has worked for 20 years. Todd has served as Deacon Chairman and faithfully as a deacon for many years for TCBC. Todd also enjoys serving in the music ministry on Sundays where he plays bass horn and occasionally concertina.

Todd Milbrath was born and raised on a dairy farm near Worthington, MN and currently lives in Mounds View with his wife Kay and their four children  Benjamin, Caleb, Isaac and Hannah. He has been a member of TCBC since 1996. Todd has been the Treasurer of TCBC since 2003 and has taught Sunday school and the 2nd – 6th Grade class on Wednesday evenings. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Mankato State University along with a CPA certificate. Todd is a Senior Financial Consultant with HealthPartners where he has been employed since 1989.

[expand title="Wayne Liedtke" trigclass="clpsepanel"]Wayne Liedtke

Wayne Liedtke graduated from the University of Illinois with a Mechanical Engineering Degree, and moved to the Twin Cities from Illinois in 1974 to work at 3M as a project engineer. Wayne was saved in 1960 at age 14, and has been a member of Twin Cities Bible Church since 1992, and a deacon since 1994. Wayne currently lives in Stillwater and retired from 3M in 2005. He now volunteers to be on site at the church three days per week and is responsible for building and grounds maintenance.
