- The annual appointment of coordinators for the oversight of custodial tasks, lost and found items, kitchen and general indoor facilities
- The annual appointment of coordinators for the oversight of lawn and garden care, snow removal and general exterior building maintenance

Who:
- Volunteers to help on various crews
- Selected coordinators who display Christ-like leadership
When:
- Indoor campus cleaning performed each week
- Outdoor maintanence performed on a regular, as needed basis
